ACOS3

The ACOS3 Microprocessor Card is designed to support various applications such as loyalty program, parking registration, network access control, public transportation, telecommunication, and electronic purse.

ACOS3 is specifically designed for secure payment applications as well as loyalty programs, logical access control and e-Purse applications. Likewise, it may be utilized for closed-loop payment solutions. ACS also offers various card customization options such as inclusion of magnetic stripe, signature panel and others.

The ACOS3 is available in contact, combi and contactless interface.

Contact Interface

• Memory: Capacity 32KB or 72KB
• Contact Smart Card Interface: Compliant with ISO 7816 Parts 1, 2 and 3; Supports T=0 Protocol; Supports baud up to 223.2 kbps
• Cryptographic Features: DES, 2K3DES, 3K3DES; AES: 128/192 bits; MAC; Random Number Generation: FIPS 140-2 compliant hardware based RNG
• File Security: Five secret codes + Issuer Code; PIN code; Key pair for mutual authentication; Session key based on random numbers; Secure Messaging function for confidential and authenticated data; Supports Account File Data Structure that can be enabled for secure purse/payment applications

Contactless Interface

• Contactless Smart Card Interface: Compliant with ISO 14443 Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Type A); Supports T=CL Protocol; Supports baud up to 848 kbps
• Cryptographic Features: DES, 2K3DES; Random Number Generation: FIPS 140-2 compliant hardware based RNG
• File Security: Five secret codes + Issuer Code; PIN code; Key pair for mutual authentication; Session key based on random numbers; Secure Messaging function for confidential and authenticated data transfers; Supports Account File Data Structure that can be enabled for secure purse/payment applications
